Reply to Yahoo! Mail Service Renewal Notice

When Yahoo! Mail sent me this automatic renewal notice indicating that $19.99 will be deducted from my credit card, I replied to them this following:

I have been paying yahoo from the day I subscribed, but lately when I compare yahoo mail with gmail service, I would like to mention the following reasons for canceling yahoo! mail service:

1. First and foremost - gmail is free! And for free, gmail offers 2.8gb storage, POP access, Forwarding service and the works.

2. Yahoo mail beta sucks. It sucks all the resources of my PC. I tried using it at least 10 times and had to give up as it takes ages for a simple operation.. just compare exactly similar service by microsoft live mail - it's fast and does everything yahoo mail does plus more.

3. So fine - I do not have to use the yahoo! mail beta.. what other option I have then? the old mail is now a stripped down version .. at least in firefox.. I do not have any formatting options left - no bold, no underline and forget the colors. And worse thing is when I send links from yahoo mail, they are not clickable.

4. I have given up on opening an attachment or a photo in yahoo mail. It takes 3 steps plus starting a fresh PC application to see a simple photo. Compare that to gmail and you will realize.

5. When I send message using gmail smtp service, it automatically saves my messages to online "sent mail" folder. Its a great service as I can access all my mails from any where regardless how I send them or receive them.

6. I am tired of number of spams sneaking to my inbox.. I won't even bother to compare that to gmail service.

7. You should be happy that I am just canceling my Plus account and not asking for refund for the lousy service I got during past years....

All I can say is that improve your service - answer to all my concerns and "May Be" I will consider using yahoo mail the way I always hoped.

Thanks and best regards
